Conclusion of Airport Charges Consultation

In fulfillment of the obligation to conduct consultations regarding changes to the airport charges tariff for Katowice Airport, pursuant to Article 77(1) of the Aviation Law Act, as well as the annual consultations concerning the operation of the airport charging system, the level of airport charges, and the quality of services provided in return for such charges, we hereby inform you that the consultation process has been completed. Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. did not receive any comments or opinions. In view of the absence of any comments, the Airport Operator of EPKT considers that it has fulfilled its obligation to conduct consultations to the fullest extent possible. The proposed changes to the tariff are transparent and non-discriminatory. In the opinion of the EPKT Airport Operator, the introduction of changes to the airport charges tariff at Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice (an increase in the security charge from PLN 7.00 to PLN 9.10) may take effect as of 1 December 2026, subject to the prior issuance of the relevant decision by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC).
